Hello! I’m Robert Hall, Founder and Principal Consultant at EverydayCX. I am the husband to an amazing wife, father to two high school boys, and housemate to a playful Bernadoodle in the Greater Seattle area. I am an avid photographer and also provide life coaching services to fathers going through difficult circumstances.

My journey through high-stakes environments—from being a Combat Veteran and Bronze Star recipient in Special Operations Civil Affairs to engaging in diplomacy on global stages—has uniquely equipped me to handle complex challenges with grace and effectiveness.

With a rich history as a Chief Customer Officer and VP of Operations, I've spearheaded initiatives that secured over $70 million in contracts, introducing cutting-edge SaaS solutions that redefine how healthcare technologies connect with their users.

I hold a Master’s in International Marketing Management with a focus on Project Management, and a Bachelor’s in Religion, enriching my ability to drive customer-centric transformations at scale.

At EverydayCX, I leverage my military discipline and executive acumen to empower healthcare organizations and professionals to achieve the customer experience level they aim to provide or receive. My passion is in finding win-win solutions, and realizing value in products, solutions, and services.
